Employment and the Workplace

We work eight hours a day, from 8am to 11am and 11.30am to 4.15pm. Overtime will be compensated.

Monitoring and Compliance
All labor contracts signed between our company and new employees are checked by the China Labor Department, Ningbo branch.
We strictly abide by China's Law of Employee: We offer five insurances for each employee We pay salary at the same time every month Every employee has the right to paid leave, public holidays and maternity leave Each employee has the right to refuse overtime
